For almost twenty years, Parents Booking has been inovating how parents and teachers connect, with the principal goal of helping parents book appointments that they can and will attend, to increase attendance, engagement and the quality of these vital meetings.

When we invented the world's first online parents' evening scheduling software, we imagined a simple solution. After helping thousands of schools for decades, we've of course found schools sometimes need comples solutions - and our challenge has been to make even the most complex of setups seem simple and intuituve for parents and schools alike. 

Parents Booking integrates with your school's MIS database, automatically, so that the parent, student and class data is up-to-date and can be used to create parents' evenings that are set up in minutes. It also integrates with the communication, VLE/portal, payment and other EdTech schools use, so that it's very easily implemented. Further, parents do not need to register - they simply login with a single sign-on or a magic link, which makes launching Parents Booking as easily as it could possibly be.

Teachers that share classes, or need appointment lengths that are different from other teachers, or need to start early, or finish later, or want to set up blocked-out appointment slots, can all be catered for easily. Management reports and statistics are extracted in a few clicks. Appointment schedules and reminders are sent automatically. A wizard helps parents identify the most efficient appointment schedule. Appointments can be in-person or take place as timed video meetings (which take place inside Parents Booking, with the ability to share screens, blur backgrounds and proivide a one-click 'sharebale link' to others who want to join from a different location or device).
