Pattern Booking for wraparound clubs

Parents can now easily book a weekly pattern for their child's wraparound (breakfast and/or after-school) clubs.

Today we released a new feature which helps parents (and schools) book a weekly pattern for wraparound clubs.

Before each term, parents commonly like to book all the breakfast and/or after-school clubs dates that they need. This is typically required in a pattern. We've added a wizard which makes that much easier to do, help parents book exactly what they need in far less clicks.

Pattern Booking will allow parents to book either the whole term or, by changing the date range in step 3, a portion of the term.

Schools will very soon be able to set up what we call 'two-phase booking', which will allow them to prioritise weekly patterns (ahead of ad-hoc bookings) for the first 'phase' of bookings, and later open up ad-hoc bookings to all parents once the patterns are locked in during a 'phase two' of bookings.

Together, these fetaures will help parents and schools book breakfast and/or after-school clubs much more easily, especialy where patterns or bookings are required over multiple months.
