AI Agent for Wraparound Booking

Parents Booking has developed an AI Agent which will help parents make and change bookings for wraparound clubs.

For many months, Parents Booking has been developing an AI Agent that parents can call, to book their wraparound (breakfast/after-school club) childcare through.

This AI Agent can speak most languages, which removes a significant hurdle for parents who would struggle with using a website, even although Parents Booking's web site does have translation features built into it.

The AI Agent's other purpose is to save parents from having to login and book using their smart device or laptop. Instead, they can use their voice to make bookings, one date at a time, or book multiple dates at once, or even book a weekly pattern over several months.

We can only begin to imagine the countless hours office staff spend on the telephone, helping parents with their bookings, as well.
